Hi there @KeishaR1 , welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're having a hard time with your Blaze not showing the correct time and not restarting. Thanks for what you've tried to get it to work. I'd like to help you out.

Since restarting it isn't working, I can probably recommend setting it up as a new device and to remove it from the Bluetooth connected devices on your phone. For this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device". Then, proceed to set it up as a new device.

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Setting it up as a new device should help in getting the tracker to sync to your phone and this way, to update the time on it. Hope this helps.

If you need more help, feel free to let me know!

I tried the unpairing and re-pairing and my Blaze still has the wrong time.  It doe s this about every 3 weeks.  My charge 2 has been rock solid.  I am disappointed w the Blaze ( was a gift).
