Time won't change after sync

My blaze isn't changing the time consistently when changing time zones. I flew from Central to Eastern and it changed. When I flew from eastern to Arizona (which doesn't change for daylight savings, the blaze won't match my phone time. I've gone in to manually set the advance settings in location, etc. Help please.

It's great to see you around @Supasilkstace. If your Blaze is not showing the correct time, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync your tracker, put the correct time and sync again.

 

To change the timezone, do the following from your Fitbit app:

 

1. Tap the account icon in the upper right corner

2. Slide down and tap advanced settings

3. Tap timezone

4.Change your timezone

5. Sync

 

If you have the automatic timezone option on, please turn it off.
