Time wrong even after syncing

The battery died on my Blaze while at work. After recharging and re-syncing the time is still out by several hours. I have tried all the suggestions I can find but nothing seems to work. Can anybody help?

Hi @JohnBarlow. Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that your tracker seem not to show the correct time even after syncing.

I could probably recommend setting it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and the time should show correctly.

Try that out and let me know how it goes!

I've tried your suggestion several times with no success. I've removed the
blaze from my phone and set it up as a new device also with no success. It
takes many attempts inputting the 4 digit number before it connects but
even then it says sync error.
I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, turned off Bluetooth, reset
phone but nothing seems to work.
Do you have any other suggestions?
