How to set blaze to tell time

The time is set by syncing.. if your syncing from your phone, make sure your phone is showing the correct time and then make sure the fitbit syncs fully.
If it doesn't work, please troubleshoot by :
-turning Bluetooth on and off
-restarting phone
-keeping fitbit away from other Bluetooth enabled devices (I.e. Don't keep iPhone and iPad with both Bluetooth on...turn one if th off).
-and lastly you can restart the fitbit.

I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend @kawaiiko worked for you? Is your tracker showing the correct time now? If it isn't, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync it, put the correct time and sync again.
To change your timezone, do the following from your Fitbit app:
1. Tap the account icon
2. Slide down and tap advanced settings
3. You can turn off the Automatic timezone
4. Tap Select timezone and search for it
5. Sync
