Time zones are confused for sleep tracking

I live in the Pacific time zone (PST).  Last week I spent a week in the Central time zone (CST).  This was a week after we returned to Daylight Saving time.  My Blaze quickly switched to CST when I landed.  I had a layover in Denver on the way back.  I'm pretty sure it switched quickly to MST.  But for sure it switched to PST quickly when I got home.  Great!  So what's the problem?

One more background note:  I frequently fly to Chicago and back to San Francisco for work.  I am writing this at home on Wednesday where I have been living in PST since Sunday (3 days ago).

There is a lot of data below so I'll ask my question here.  Last night the "Time Asleep" was off by two hours.  Usually there is another problem as described below that I can live with because "Time Asleep" is correct and the graph's Bedtime/Wake-Up times are correct.  But I can't accept a graph that lops off two hours.  I'd like to know how to reset my Fitbit or something to keep this from happening again.  And yes, my Blaze firmware is up to date.

I noticed in the sleep tracker graph that the bedtime and wake up times were correct, but when I scroll down, the sleep schedule times are listed two hours different.  I'll give some examples, but here's the real problem:  now things are even more mixed up.  Here's what the app shows for my sleep last night (using round numbers):

Time asleep:  4 hours (it was really 6 hours)

Graph:  Bedtime 12:30 AM (it was really 10:30 PM), wake-up 4:30 AM (correct)

Sleep schedule:  Bedtime 10:30 PM (correct), wake-up 2:30 AM (it was really 4:30 AM)

Here is what the app showed one day ago.  I don't mind this because the graph is accurate.  But it seems odd.  This has to be a bug.

Time asleep:  6 hours, 30 minutes (correct)

Graph:  Bedtime 10:20 PM, wake-up 4:50 AM (both correct)

Sleep schedule:  Bedtime 8:20 PM, wake-up 2:50 AM (two hours incorrect.  This would put me two time zones west, somewhere in the Pacific Ocean)

I looked at a night last week in CST.  The same shift occurred as above – correct "Time Asleep" and graph Bedtime/Wake-up but "Sleep Schedule" was two hours earlier as if I were in PST.

Great to see you around @emmgee and for the information provided.

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your sleep stages information? If you do, could you please provide me with some screenshots of it? In the meantime, I recommend checking that the timezone is correct in the device you are using to sync your Fitbit.

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy
