Today’s step moved to yesterday

So I hit my step goal of 11,000 steps. Saw the fireworks on my Fitbit blaze letting me know. I checked my step count on my Fitbit a couple of hours later and I only had 1,000 steps!  My steps got moved to yesterday somehow. I had it on all day and did not charge it at all. Restarted the blaze and the steps did not reappear. What can I do?!

Hi there @Beckyvette. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that your steps were somehow moved to the previous day 😕 Thanks a lot for taking the time to restart your tracker.

I'm not sure what could have caused this to happen but the restart was a great call! Now, even when the steps didn't transfer back to the correct day, I would expect this to be a one time glitch and for the steps on the days to come to be recorded on the correct day.

Hope this doesn't happen again and anything else you may need, let me know!

I just had the same problem with my Versa. All of today’s steps moved to yesterday.
