I have way too many active minutes recording! Get up in the morning, have coffee and half an hour later it says I've done 37 active minutes when I definitely haven't! I exercise regularly so I know what to expect from my active minutes, but lately they are off the wall.It said 465 minutes on Monday and I didn't even do a workout! My heart rate recording seems to be a lot higher than usual too (my husband has a charge hr and I've tried his) My heart rate does seem to be slightly higher than average, but it is now having a huge knock on effect to my minutes What can I do to try and rectify this please? Should I change my heart rate in the heart rate zones? And if so, what do I set them to?
Thanks

It's great to see new faces @elliseo, welcome!
I would like to know if you are manually logging any type of activity that might be giving you active minutes, like walking or running? If you are, please delete those activities to see your information. In the meantime, please provide me with some screenshot of these active minutes and of your activity list.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Alejandra,
Thanks for getting back to me 🙂 I tried to log a walk manually on Wed to see if it would help?! But this is the only time. My heart rate will spike when I just walk around the room. I am a teacher so I do pace a lot, however, not so fast that it should rack up active minutes! I have done 2 very short runs this week, but other than that have not done any exercising. Monday's active minutes reading is just mad! I have included the pictures. Please let me know if you need more info. Many thanks 🙂

I did for my first blaze (only got in in Feb this year) but as of yet I haven't. I have turned my heart rate off at the moment so I can try and keep a more regular check on my active minutes. I will get hold of the support team and hopefully they can offer a solution. I noticed that lots of people are having problems since the software update, and I think my bpm problem may be related?
Thanks 🙂
