Being a Blaze addict, my friend bought me the metal bracelet so I can swap out for a dressier look. 

However, the bracelet takes me ages to swap over and is a bit small. I found spare links in the box but need a 'tool' to add them. Tried everything, small screwdriver and even the silver sim card tool that comes with a new iPhone. Nothing works. Fitbit, can you help me?

I suggest posting a link to the band or a photo so that we may have an idea of what the band looks like.

Is the wristband the one that we offer (attached image) or did you friend buy it from a retailer? Keep in mind that you can always take it to a watch shop and ask the person in charge to reduce the size of the wristband or to make it bigger.

it is the one shown above in your pic. I have the extra links that came with it but no idea how to get them in.

the tool posted above looks perfect but i am in the uk. Anywhere to buy one here?
