Touch screen doesn't swipe and can't restart

Suddenly my Blaze touch screen won't swipe - it's stuck on the watch face and showing calories; I can't get it to show heart rate, stairs, etc., or move beyond the watch face.  Pressing/holding left and bottom right buttons to restart does nothing.

My screen isn't responding to touch nor does the buttons work. I tried placing it on the charger but the screen doesn't display the battery symbol indicating that it's charging. The only thing that is working is the clock and when I move my wrist, the face it lights up. I can't even get my phone to connect to my watch.

Mine is doing this as well except that it is a dark screen. Can't reset, can't see anything.

My Blaze is stuck on steps and heartrate. It will not swipe left or right. I have tried to reset by holding down the right bottom button but nothing changes. It's just stuck.

I deleted my Fitbit app then started everything up again, fingers crossed
my Blaze is working now. My biggest complaint now is receiving text
messages . I get a message say I have a new message but , no name or
content of message. It used to tell me who was sending it and what the
message said. If you can help me with this problem I would very much
appreciate it. Thank you

Hello @SunsetRunner, thank you for your reply and for sharing this information about the text notifications that are not showing you the sender's name or the content of the text. 

 

The team of developers is already aware of this behavior and they're working to find a solution, in the meantime, please try to disable the notifications completely and set them up again, then check if you continue to experience the same difficulty.
