My blaze has issues tracking my exercises. I have followed troubleshooting steps, reset it, cleared cache on the app, shutdown the tracker itself and nothing.
This has been going on for a while. I also have sync issues and have followed troubleshooting steps found on the forum. This resolves itself with a reset. However I shouldn't have to keep resetting it to get it go sync or function as it should.
Also my steps aren't being tracked accurately. The reason I say this is because my daughter has the flex 2. We leave home the same time, walk at the same pace, yet hers records e.g. 10k while mine is only 7k. That's a huge discrepancy even with stride length adjusted or set to auto.
Please advise

Are you relying on smart track? If ddo why not use the exercise option. You can set up 7 different exercises to track.
Manual is here

As for steps not matching they never will. Different strides.
But some one needs to check theirs as it should not be that far off.
Best to set the stride than rely on auto. Its more accurate

Thank you for your reply and suggestion, however I already have this feature set up.
It was working fine, now it doesn't.
I understand it won't be the same but there shouldn't be such a huge discrepancy, especially since we are together all the time.
My stride was set to auto but I changed it to see if it will improve, when it didn't I pit it back to auto.
