Tracker charge drained out in 5-6 hours

Hi,

Need help in tracker settings as my 10 day old blaze is running out of battery in 5-6 hrs.

You try doing a restart of your Blaze? That often helps. Check this article - click - about battery life.

Don't leave the Blaze in the charger unit for more than two hours or until fully charged.

Let us know what happens.

Hi,

I have tried doing both. Restart it a couple of times already. Also, have
been concious of not letting it on the charger after it's charged. But,
within 10 mins after full charge the battery indicator shows around 25%
battery drained.

The dispaly is set on dim, all andoid notifications have been turned off.
Still the problem persists.

Hi,

Can I get some help.here please. Now the tracker shows full charge while plugged on the charger but how's dead when placed on the wrist.

If I am lucky, then it would be in for 20-30 mins and then die as the batt is drained out.

Love this device and need help urgently to sort this problem out.
