Tracker is stucked in 'fitbit.com/setup' screen

The tracker is stucked in 'fitbit.com/setup' screen and attempted to restart it is faillling. 

I have installed the fitbit app on my android phone and on the dashboard it prompts ' Update Tracket Software'. 

The fit bit app doesnt not able to synch with the tracker ( althought its connected via bluetooth). 

Please advice on how can i fix this mess .

Hello @justino and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your blaze.

Please try forcing restart on your blaze by doing the following:

 

1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit icon on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.

2. Let go of the buttons.

1. Forget device from bluetooth

2. Delete device from Fitbit app (devices>blaze>trashcan)

3. Restart with the instructions they provided above

4. Set it back up
