Hi my tracker not found has happened many times. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Any ideas what I can also do. Thus is becoming frustrating. In general I find my blaze looks lovely but it is more than a watch. I want to see it also on my phone.

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Blaze not syncing to your phone 😕
The first thing I could recommend would be to restart your tracker and your phone. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and you can just turn your phone off and back on. After this, see if your tracker can sync and if it doesn't, you can set up your tracker as a new device.
For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

I have the same issue and it's frustrating. I had the charge hr for 2 years and never had syncing issues like I have since I upgraded. I hate that I have to uninstall the app so many times. And my syncing issues are only with my Galaxy S7.

You sound as frustrated as I am. The charge HR was no problem but the blaze is another issue.
Do you think it is the galaxy 7 or with other Android devices?

It helps me if I press down left button so screen is on when i sync with phone. After that app will find the tracker.

Thanks I am still having problems. The Bluetooth functions on other devices but not with blaze.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried everything and it's still not working 😞 just keeps stating 'sync errror' I feel like it's a bigger issue maybe an update has affected this? Never had issues before but haven't been able to sync since 20/07 😞
