I have a question. Has your tracker been syncing and it stopped syncing recently or you have never been able to get it to sync?
The Samsung Galaxy S5 seems to be a compatible device so you shouldn't have any problems getting it to sync. I would recommend restarting your tracker. This is what works most of the time. For that, press and hold the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds and this will make your tracker to reboot. After that, try to get it to sync and see if it works.

I'm having trouble syncing my Blaze to my phone. I have the Galaxy Edge and it finds the device but will not connect. And because of this I am unable to sync my blaze to my account to upload my steps. Got any suggestions? I have restarted my phone and disconnected the Bluetooth but nothing seems to be helping.
