Bought a blaze today and the setup seemed to go well waited for it to be fully charged took out the charger and the screen wouldn't work unless it's in the charger. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi, @Lizzzy, O have seen reports of this happening, and it may be that yours is defective out of the box. Just to be sure, try giving it a restart while it is still plugged in and charging. Please repeat the procedure twice more if you get no result. After that, if it is still not working as expected, I would definitely suggest exchanging it where you bought it, or, if yu bought directly from Fitbit, getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com .
