Tracker with one hour less than phone

When I bought my Fitbit Blaze it had a problem (I didn't know how to set it up but i solved that problem) and synced with my dad's phone. Now he had leaved to go to Italy. And the problem is that my watch stayed synced with my dad's phone and now the watch is with one hour less than my phones clock. I want to know how can I make it so the watch shows the corect time (sorry for my bad english but I'm not american or other nationality which knows english very well).

Do you have any phone or cumputer with internet access? Since your posting here you might.

Go to www.fitbit.com/setup this will send you to the correct softwa4e.

Simply install tye software, run it, and log into your Fitbit account. You should be nw setup to sync.
