Tracking Runs on FitBit App from my Iphone are not working accurately.

I continue to have GPS issues when using my Fitbit app while running with my Iphone. I do not use the actual Fitbit to track my Runs since I also use MapMyRun and RoadID which allows me to verify real time stats more accurately.

Ex. Fitbit shows 4.31 mi, 37:09 min, 8'36 pace and my mile splits are coming in way too early.

MapMyRun shows 3.73 mi, 36.58 min 9:54 pace which is more the norm.

I have tried all the remedies for a fix, removing apps, reinstall, etc. and still does not seem to correct.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Community @txjeep! I appreciate the details that you've shared about the information that you're getting. Currently, even when you're using two different trackers you'll receive different results because each app has its own algorithms to track the data.

I would like you to make sure that all your personal information is properly entered in your Dashboard. Also, you may want to check How accurate is GPS?

Hope this helps.

Yes, all information is accurate on my dashboard. Today, I attempted to use my Fitbit to track a 10k instead of the app on my iPhone and it still was very inaccurate.
