Hi, I would like to track sleep/naps during the day (also shorter than 1 hour). Is there any way of activating sleep mode manually and directly on the Blaze (without using a PC or phone app)?
Thanx!

Allow me to help you @makro! I've moved your post to the Blaze board because it's more related to the topic. Currently, it's not possible to put your Blaze into sleep mode to track your naps because it will activate by itself when you haven't moved in over an hour. However, you can wear your tracker and manually log the sleep by doing the following:
- Go to your Dashboard > click on log
- Sleep > Enter the hour that you were sleeping > finally click on "Log Sleep"
Hope this helps. Thanks for your understanding.

You can also press start sleep on the app. There is no way to do it on the Blaze.
I've had naps as short as 15 minutes auto detected.
