I use alcohol wipes on my regular bands. These seem to clean really well, and takes off the germs that cause irritation to my skin.

I have the same problem with my pink band. Love the slim band and color, but was disappointed after just shy of two weeks the color turning gray on the edges. Fitbit customer service was great in helping me with this issue, too!
Super customer service!

Did they give you a tip on cleaning it or just give you a new band? I'm on week 1 with mine and already noticing dark edges on the underneath. I need a good way to clean it - I feel like I've tried everything and the edges are still dark. What's the secret?

What did the customer service team recommend to remove it?

They have zero suggestions. All they do is offer you a new band which kind of sucks since we paid extra for the pink/rose gold. Not even alcohol or lysol/chlorox wipes get it clean.
