Trophies not awarded

I've recently met my daily goals and beat my personal best, but have not seen an update in the trophies I was expecting to receive. Is there a glitch that needs to be fixed or is it just my account acting weird? I receive the notifications saying I've met or surpased the goals of the day and nothing else happens. Can someone explain to me why this is happening?

A warm welcome to the Community @CollegeKid! All the badges that you've received you can check them out in this page fitbit.com/badges/all. If you've earned the 10.000 steps badge and you do this amount of steps again today, it will show how many times you've actually earned this one. 

 

When you receive a badge, you should receive a email and a notification in your Dashboard. Can you confirm that you've received the badges properly?

My account still has not updated to the correct number of trophies I should
have. I have accomplished 10,000 steps five times including today and have
also beaten my record number of steps. Why am I still having problems?

Hey there @CollegeKid! If you're still not getting those badges after you've checked this page fitbit.com/badges/all then please contact Customer Support so they further assist you.
