I just unboxed my Fitbit Blaze and followed the setup but the charger won't charge the device. How can I get this resolved. I might need a replacement charger.

Wow, sorry to hear of your trouble @Michelle-7. Before closing the Blaze's charging cage, check first the four gold pins on the back of your Blaze body match up to the 4 pins in the cage tray (won't charge upside down), then make sure the computer USB port you've attached to stays awake for the 2 hours required to charge. Here is a detailed video
If your Blaze doesn't vibrate and show the battery level for a few seconds when you attach to power, there isn't any so be sure to contact customer help and let them know what you've tried. Come back and let us know what you find. Welcome to forums!
