Trying to use the Blaze for running, and audio cues, but stuck.

I'm using the Blaze with an iphone and a bluetooth head set.  I'm having a hard time getting the results I want, and I'm wondering if I should have went with something other than the blaze.

My goals are:

I want to be able to quickly start a run from the watch and hear my music from the play list that I setup while hearing audio cues as well, while being able to quickly view my distance and time on the watch.

Yes, I can quickly start a run from the watch and view distance and time.  However, even with "Run Cues" and "Use Phone GPS" enabled on the blaze, I don't hear anything, so music and audio cues don't work.  Now, If I start the run using the Fitbit app, everything works fine, except that the distance and time does not disply on the watch.  

I'm at a loss here, and I'm not sure if the Fitbit Blaze product can do what I want it to do.

Any suggestions?

Music control does work, hold the top right button down to bring it up.

As for run cues they supply a vibration then display the summary on the screen,  as shown in the commercial.  Audio cues are not supported.

That's a pity. Hope they'll improve this soon. Started using blaze recently and I was expecting the same kind of behavior: audio cue when I run while controlling the run from the watch rather than the phone...

That's too bad.  It would seem like the natural experience would be a single unified running experience, where you see the running display on the watch, and you also get the audio cues, whether you start the run from the phone or from the watch.

I just got the Blaze and experienced the same thing. I also hope they get it working with audio que.

This is exactly the functionality that I want. Hope Fitbit sort it soon!
