Turned off and won't turn on

Hey all! I received this Fitbit blaze for Christmas and haven't had any problems until yesterday when it shut off and I assumed had died. Unfortunately I can't get it to do anything now even after leaving it on the charger for over 24 hours. Changed plugs and wall chargers, it still won't turn on or do anything. Help!

I am not a Fitbit expert, however this may work, if you have the Fitbit app on your phone or another device you could try clicking 'Remove this blaze' and then setting up a device, this may kickstart the blaze to turn itself on, but I am not sure. I'm happy to help with anything you need, if you need me to explain anymore, I will happily do so.

This happened to my Blaze overnight. Got up this morning and the screen was black. Put it in to charge but got nothing. Like you, tried different plugs/sockets but to no avail.

I've had my Blaze for about 18 months, I fear the battery has died once and for all.

I'll try the tip below but if anyone has any other ideas in the meantime, i'd be very grateful. Thanks.

***EDIT*** Don't know what the problem was but it's just come back on.

Getting it to sync was kind of a **ahem** but after I turned bluetooth off and on 75 times on both the watch and my phone, it finally connected. now its working great, we'll see in a few weeks

Hi I had this exact same problem. I have just removed my Blaze from the app on my phone and it jumped back into life. Albeit with am almost flat battery. Wish I had tried this last night as have been out and had the best night's sleep ever and walked over 5km this morning. Blaze now back on charge. Grrr!
