ive reset it, i did everything but it will sync too my laptop but it wont charge while its connect. what is wrong with this blaze i just got it last week for my birthday. i hope its not broke

It's great to see you around @DevinHeath. If your tracker is not charging, I recommend Restarting your Blaze a couple of times more and after the restart process, follow our Battery Troubleshoot. If these steps don't work, feel free to contact our Support Team, for a faster solution you can contact them via phone or chat.
