UK Shipments for The Blaze

Hi All,

Has anyone as of yet had there cards charged for the Blaze?.

I pre-ordered on the 9/01/2016 and my card has not been charged as of yet.

I know the website says delivery wont be till March but the website now says that if you order a Blaze today it will be shipped in 1- 2 weeks for back deliver.

I really hope i get notification soon as i thought the whole point of pre-ordering something was to receive it before the general release.

Picked up my Blaze today. I'm really pleased with it. It connected straight away. 10 minutes to update. 2 hours to fully charge it. 5 minutes to personalise it. Now up and running.
Just need some of you lot to connect with for inspiration.
How do you do that?

I dont know if you are all UK people, but we were charged immediately when ordering, yet nothing dispatched, despite the website saying it was in stock.

Basically it seems that FitBit are happily charging for expedited 2-day delivery and creating a DHL shippping reference quickly to suggest that an order has been dispatched, even sending an email to say it has shipped - but I checked with DHL today as nothing has appeared on the tracking after two further days - and they say that all Fitbit have done is create a label but that they have not even recieved instructions to collect.

Sorry Fitbit, but this is decietful and of course your customer service process is impossible - especially as you seem to ignore complaints.  We are on our third failing Charge HR, so this product was a last chance to retain customer loyalty - now off to find a alternative manufacturer as you are taking the proverbial.

With no response from customer service we are even having to lodge a claim with our bank to get the best part of £200 back.

Well the blaze is that good I think my wife will be getting one anytime soon. As she has been using it today and I get the feeling I will have to fight her to get it back lol 😂
And I'll probably end up buying it her as a gift. But money well spent 😀
Ono regrets
