Seen a few people on here being charged for there blaze, most US customers and have have a confirmation email. I order direct through Fitbit a few days after first release on the website. Can anyone confirm when Fitbit blaze pre ordered for the UK will start to commence?

@Jamesnibzy We expect to start shipping Blaze preorders to the UK in March. It shouldn't be long!

i have my order number but haven't recieved any emails reguarding my order, will i receive emails when blaze has been released and shipped???

@skim845 If you placed your order through the Fitbit store, then you should receive an email confirmation when it charges and enters the shipping process. You should also have received a confirmation email when you first placed the order.

After several times on asking... I wouldn't be charged until at least March 1st and Fitbit tried to take money today. I asked would I be informed when it needs to be taken. I was told you will be given more than enough notice so my order now has been cancelled.

Was told to phone Fitbit customer service 🤔 To be on hold for 2 hours from the uk to America, rather not. I'm now actually looking into other tracking devices.

@Jamesnibzy Orders always charge as they begin the shipping process. While the initial estimate for delivery was March, we were able to begin fulfilling orders about a week earlier than that. I apologize if this created an inconvenience for you, but it should be simple enough to contact our Support Team and ask them to re-process the order once you are ready to do so.

My order was placed on the 10th January 2016 and the money was taken today.

'Your order is in the process of being shipped. If you need assistance please contact customer support on 877-623-4997'

So am I to assume that I will get it in February like my american fitbit friends too

Order status is now 'Your order is being processed' and the card has been charged.  Probably still means it won't be received until next week - March, but it is good to see some movement.

Mines now at the being processed stage. Hopefully not too long now. Anyone at the shipping stage in UK yet?

I'm at the same stage too.  I didn't receive any emails telling me it had changed so was nicely surprised to see it moving along!  Would have liked it for the weekend, but guessing it'll be next week that it arrives.

I ordered a Blaze and Alta at the same time.  Can someone from FitBit let me know if they will ship separately or if I have to wait.  If I do, I may cancel the order and do it again as I really want my Blaze now. Please!
