Received the Blaze for Christmas, I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phone. I am unable to receive any text messages from my cell to my Blaze Fitbit. I have tried every troubleshooting there is, even spoke with customer support, no help! Anyone else have a Samsung Galaxy phone and having trouble?

Could you please be more specific about the steps you have tried so far? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post and follow the instructions provided there.
