Hi, I used to get details of my 5km and 10km run, which included my lap pace, heart rate etc. However since the last two weeks, I have not been getting my lap performance details. I have tried to reset the Blaze a few times, but I am still unable to see the lap times and the track details. Can you help?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for restarting your device prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please specify which activity didn't track the lap times? Are you not receiving any details at all or such information is not updated? Since the last two weeks you didn't receive the lap times at all or this is occurring sporadically? In the meantime I receive your answers, I suggest you to check the steps that are specified on our help article: Can I track splits or laps with my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
