Unable to sync Blaze, as iPhone not working properly

Hi! Please advise...

My iPhone memory is totally full; app icons are not showing and, when I click on the Fitbit app, I see a blank white screen. Trying everything to restore my iPhone but, in the meantime, I have no idea how else I can sync my Blaze. 😞 I access the fitbit.com and it says that the last sync was at 6am this morning.

Can anyone please advise how I may sync my Blaze from the website, rather than the app?

Thanks in advance.

Yours hopefully

Emma

Welcome to the forums @SportyEm

My friend has an iPhone and it's always full. She can sync, but can't do other things.

You can sync with a bluetooth enabled tablet, laptop or computer, if you have the Fitbit App installed. Have you tried that?

Hi Odyssey13

Thanks so much for getting back to me. I'm just charging my iPhone, having looked through some related forum posts, as I had hoped that I would be able to push a sync directly from my MacBook; however, I believe one comment I read referred to having lost data that hadn't already been synced and, although that only amounts to about a day and a half for me, it's something I really don't want to do!

Looking for the Fitbit App from my Mac's Applications, I couldn't find anything but have just downloaded it directly from the Fitbit.com website; although, importantly, it states that it's 'Available only for Flex, One, and Zip'. 😞

Please advise, if you can, how I can push a sync directly to my MacBook from my Blaze, and *without* losing any interim data.

Thank you very much again to anyone who can offer assistance! 😊
