Unpaired Blaze, now I can't set it up

My Blaze, which I have had for years stopped syncing this morning. So I tried disconnecting from Bluetooth. Deleted app. Uploaded app. Now is stuck on We found your tracker - connecting to Tracker. Has been this way for 2 hours. Is there anything else I can do?

That is really odd because I have had the same issue and am trying to get it to connect as well.

Hey @smlee4 and @tkolles, welcome to the Community.

 

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourselves. I would like to know if you keep having issues pairing your trackers? If you do, I recommend restarting them and make sure you are doing the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
