 Hello!

I bought my blaze on march 27th 2017, have been using it since with my sony xperia X. About 4 weeks from now, syncing start to fail, recording biking activities didn't worked all the time.. 2 weeks ago I decided to unpair ir from the phone.. it was a pain to manage to pair it again, ia had to do about 20 tries to suceed. The first days worked well, but know it's almost impossible to sync the blaze with the phone again.

I have tried to pair with other sony and a huawei, didn't worked in any..

Help please!

A warm welcome to the Forums @Hippopomo, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

I would like to know if you keep having issues setting up your Blaze? If you do, I recommend restarting it and then confirm you are doing the following to add it back from your Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Keep in mind that for this procedure, your phone needs to be a compatible mobile device.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Hello! I managed to pair the phone with the blaze. However, the syncing problems continue.

I looked in the compatibility list and my phone is not listed, so I guess I was lucky that it worked fine for a few months?

Thanks for the update @Hippopomo. If your phone isn't compatible you might experience some issues but you can always try the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.

Let me know how it goes. Woman Wink
