Hey ya’ll
I ordered my Fitbit blaze and received it today! Woohoo
i’ve charged it via MacBook and my screen was glitching showing the full battery sign and now it is black and unresponsive. I have tried resetting it multiple times holding left and bottom right buttons as I read from this forum however it still will not respond
in addition to this the green led lights on the back keep flashing non stop
what does this mean?? Can someone help?
i haven’t used it before, I’ve synced it to my iPhone however nothing is on my screen
is it dead?

For the reset make sure you hold the buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
The flashing does seem to indicate it has juice but even so your MacBook may not be putting out enough power to charge it (it definitely won’t unless the MacBook is plugged in). Try plugging into a usb wall plug like what comes with a phone or iPad or similar.
Hope that hat fixes it. Let us know how it goes.
