Update killed my fitbit?

tried to run the update this morning, it failed, but now my fitbit (Blaze) wont start up - just a black screen, no green light on the back and obviously i cannot complete the update  - what the heck!!!! Can someone help please?

Hi, @michellemoss134, hopefully a restart will get you going again.  You may need to repeat the procedure several times.
