Updates changing the language on the tracker

Is there anyway to prevent the language changing when there is an update? I live in one country, but want my language to that of a different country. I have it set, however every time there is an update my fitbit reverts back to the country I am in. I have Automatic Location turned off and it still does it.

Hi there @Yujuan29, welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry about this. I'd like to help you out.

This happened to me as well. In this situation, what you need to do is to make sure that your region is set for the language you want everything on your tracker. For this, make sure to access your dashboard on a computer by going to https://www.fitbit.com/ and once you're in, go to the bottom right corner of the page. Here, where your country appears, click on Change and make sure it is changed to your preferred region (which works more related to language than to time zone). Then, make sure to sync your tracker and see if that helps.

Let me know if you need more help with this!
