My brother has the charge hr. He never get updates for it. WhIle on the other hand,I have a blaze. I always get updates. Can you explain to me why he never gets updates for his tracker? Is it because Fitbit doesn't add anything new to the charge hr or is it because there are no bugs with it.

For one thing the last update for the Charge HR was last year. About the Blaze and its updates, the last one was 3 months ago, and was its third firmware version. I believe the Charge HR has had 4 updates. See https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1372

 

The Blaze only lists 2 updates, I think, because the first update was released before the Blaze was released.
