Updating

Just added my new fitbit blaze & it's been updating since last night & won't sink. When I try to remove it it says wait till it's stopped updating. Any thoughts

Hi there @Anahita51. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

 

I'm sorry you're having problems getting your Blaze set. I can recommend restarting your tracker if you have not tried this yet. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

 

After that, try to set it up again and see how it goes. It will take normally a while to update but if ti's excessive, let me know. I'll be happy to help!
