Upgrade to from CHARGE to BLAZE

For those contemplating a new FITBIT, since eventually they do die, I bought the FITBIT Blaze yesterday. It tracks heart rate throughout the day. As a result of today's walk I got credit for more calories burned based on my heart rate. My walk consists of long tall hills, straightaways , and lasts about an hour (over 3 miles). It told me when I was in FATBURN and when I was in CARDIO mode. This tracker also has the ability to control your music, , tell you when a text message or phone call comes in. It has built in exercises,(demos on screen with a timer, and program goes for 7 minutes, very cool), and can track multiple types of exercise, including playing golf. It can track using a treadmill, elliptical, stairclimber, rowing, weight lifting, running, pilates, etc...the list goes on. HSN had a deal on them Kay Harmon, but my impatience got me. Best BUY will match and they did a much lower price. HSN's price included two watch bands in different colors. FITBIT does stand behind their product. They replaced my Charge 3 times over the last year for various reasons. Using this tool over the last 15 months, I've lost 25 lbs and 10+ inches, and lowered my BP. It is addicting!!!

Also, that your experience with Support was nice and that they were able to assist with the issues you had.

I agree that Fitbit support is amazing. Had my blaze for 3 days after getting an early birthday pressie from the Hubster upgrading my charge. Still trying to get my head round tracking exercise. When you talk about tracking exercise like golf is that separately in the app? Bit gutted you can't track on the watch and use the timer, have voted for that as an improvement

I have a Charge and got the Blaze a few months ago myself. I really like it. It is just what I was looking for in a tracker- with notifications as well. I really like the smart track too.
I agree with what was said above. Overall it is a great device.
