Hi Fitbit team,
I've got my new Blaze (running on iPhone 6S) to replace the Pebble time after they discontinued it, I hope it's ok to ask a couple of questions.
I do Aerocycle and rowing (on water not indoor), what's the best way to track these? I did the aerocycle this morning and didn't tell the watch, it picked up I was active but recorded no activities, I was expecting it to automatically pick something up then I can assign it a category later. (I kept the Fitbit app open on the phone)
Also just one advance question Strava, if I'm out cycling does Strava extend it's status screen onto the Fitbit (like the Pebble) or do you have to track it on the watch seperately (I like the Strava zones so I can compare against my friends).
Thanks, I hope that isn't too any questions.

Hi, @SunsetRunner and welcome!
The easiest way to ensure that your exercise is tracked is to track it yourself. The Blaze lets you set up as many as 7 exercise shortcuts on your tracker, which you can then start and finish as you start and finish your workouts. The auto-detect feature is decent, but I find it tends to be inaccurate at picking up the actual start and end times of workouts. It's also unfortunately not able to be edited at this time. You can adjust the list of workouts either from the web dashboard or from the app.
Another thing to note is that keeping the app open is not necessary for auto-detection.
As far as Strava goes, I don't use it myself but I can at least answer your question. It does not extend onto your Blaze. You would have to track the exercise separately.

Fab answer thanks, I didn't realise that list was editable, would be great to see rowing in there.
