Upgraded to Blaze from Charge HR, now want to sync old data to Blaze

My mom purchased and has sync'd her new Blaze with her iPhone. So now the phone and her profile on fitbit.com both show both devices. We now want to get the old data from the Charge HR to sync with the Blaze so it looks like she had the Blaze all along. I saw somewhere on here if you replaced with the same type device it is intuitive enough to know you want to replace and does it for you (I've done this before twice for me and my daughter). I don't see any options currently available to let her choose to "replace an existing device" that isn't the same as the old. Any help would be appreciated.

She has an iPhone 5, Windows 10 desktop with fitbit connect

all your data is stored in the Fitbit cloud. Sync the Charge HR, take it off, then setup the Blaze and you should be set.

In the add tracker routine you have two choices, you can add the tracker as an additional device, or as a replacement device.. Since you want to replace the tracker you would choose the tracker that you want to reolace, for you it would be the only tracker listed the Charge HR. Next it will ask what type of tracker do you want to replace it with, in your case you would choose the Blaze.

Rich_Laue, I want to sync data from my charge hr to my new blaze. But I've already added my new blaze to the account not realizing I would have to choose "replace" rather than "add" another tracker. How can I redo this so I can sync my data?

@Gramxiao it doesn't matter if you do an add or replsce. the data is never stored on the tracker but on the Fitbit account. Just make sure that your logged into your account adding your tracker.

If your not seeing your Fitbit history it is because your not using the correct account, but instead created a new account for your new tracker.

Oh I see that now. All the data is automatically there. Thank you very much!
