I bought a used Blaze to replace my existing Blaze that stopped working with my heart rate. The new one won't fully connect via my Fitbit app on my iPhone. It starts to sync but it takes way too long and then it abort. I've removed the old Blaze first, I've asked it to replace the existiing one and I've removed the App and reinstalled. It just won't fully attach. I've powered down the replacement Blaze multiple times and still won't work. HELP!!!!

Hi @luckytownd you say that the "new to you" blaze will not connect. Then say that it will not sync.
Which is it? Is this Blaze connected to your Fitbit account, or not?
