My blaze is about 18 months old , I wear every day and take good care of it , Last week the vibration stop working, so I’m no longer getting notifications of text or calls ,( this is important when I’m at work ) This is my fourth Fitbit and they informed me the warranty has expired and I’ve been with them from the start. They offered me 25% of a new product. Leaving the Fitbit family as their product is not worth the money as they don’t last !!
