Vibrations not working on the timer feature on the Blaze

I just got a Fitbit and really need the timer app to work for my work, but can’t seem to get it to work. I’ve done all the resets, disconnecting, connecting, and tips I can find and still nothing. I know the vibration works because it works with the relax program but nothing else... am I missing something?

I'd like to help you out with this.

When it comes to the vibrations on the stopwatch and the countdown features, you will only notice the vibrations on the countdown feature. The timer (stop watch) will not vibrate as it will just keep track of the elapsed time. If you experiment with the countdown feature, you should notice that the tracker vibrates once it gets to zero.
