Hello guys,
I have a fitbit blaze from a while and I have always FC active, and once or twice a week go to run.
Until yesterday I have a Vo2 max, according to fitbit app, between 60 and 64...yesterday I updated the app, today I went to run, I sync and my Vo2 max changed to 54!
In general was changing by 1-2 points... Is it an update in the calculation of Vo2 of why this can happen?
Thanks!

A warm welcome to the Community @carloalby! Thanks for the details you've mentioned. Your cardio fitness score is determined by your resting heart rate, age, gender, weight and other personal information. (The way it's calculated hasn't changed since it was released)
I would like you to make sure that your weight didn't change meaning that you accidentally edit it or it's not the correct one. Also, have you been wearing your tracker when you go to sleep? Are you using GPS for runs?
Additionally, you can learn more about it by checking What is my cardio fitness score?.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Grazie!!
