Voice cues not working when phone is locked

My blaze will not announce my 1/2 mile increments when tracking unless I have the app physically displayed.

Hi there @Kbkat. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

 

When it comes to  voice cues, be sure that you're using Mobile Run which is the feature where you start tracking a walk, a run or a hike from your phone in the Exercise Tracking tile. Once you'r starting your exercise tracking with Mobile Run, you should be able to hear the cues even if the phone is locked but making sure you've started the activity from your phone.

I did that..still didn't help and it shorted me 1.3 miles.  I know because it's a route I do all the time
