Volume control

I've checked the forum for resolutions but nothing has worked. My blaze volume control won't appear on screen and therefore wont work. It used to .. but then suddenly stopped.

 

I've cleaned both band/tracker gently. I've tried to set up as new blaze. I've shutdown blaze from the tracker settings screen.

 

Nothing.

 

I cannot reset it as those buttons are appearing to just not be working. 

 

My blaze is only 4 months old and I'd say volume hasn't worked for the last 6weeks.

Awesome troubleshooting

 

When desired it's possible to contact the fitbit support team, they can be contacted from the official contact page.
 
Mention what you've already tried to speed things up.

@LoveMissSxxx holding in the top right button should bring up music control. I would also check if Blaze 2 is connected to the phone if the phone is not iOS.
