I don't have a Blaze but thought you could also set alarm right on the device without the app.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Tap on your profile picture at the top left of the dashboard, then click the Blaze in devices, look for silent alarm in the general section.
