I'm following a training cycle where I do 10 mins Run / 1 Min walk. I'm not interested in distance/laps, etc. To accomplish this, I use the stopwatch. One of the goals is to keep in the Cardio or Peak HR zones, but I cannot see this without exiting the stopwatch function.
Is there a way to filp back and forth? All I'd like to do is see the stopwatch and HR.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @xDcrook! I tried what @Rich_Laue mentioned and if you press the back button after starting the stopwatch you can navigate through the screens with out any issue, then just go back to the stop watch when needed. @Rich_Laue thanks for your amazing cooperation! 😉
