My blaze is not charging correctly. Will synch ok and pair with my I Phone but won't hold charge. Unit is perfectly clean and damage free. Purchased less than 2 years ago. Warranty says valid for 2 years if purchased and reside within EEA. When accessing Warranty, instructed that Return Number required. When you 'click here' to apply, system kicks you out again. Am I covered under Warranty and how should I proceed?
