Was counting floors perfectly before and has now stopped

My Fitbit used to count stairs every single day,accurately and now has stopped completely. I've tried to update the app and even recharged the unit before trying again. Nothing is working

If your Blaze has stopped counting floors altigether, it is possible that the altimeter has been clogged and blocked with dust or other debris.  Take your Blaze iut of the frame and turn it over.  You will see a small hole on the back, top middle.

 

Very carefully and gently clean it -- I use those tooth cleaning "brushpicks" which are flexible, but you could use a toothpick too as long as you are gentle with it -- the aim is to clear any collected debris.

 

Hopefully that will get your Fitbit counting again.
