@rocckk I'm not sure how you have been able to sync because Fitbit deactivated Fitbit Connect and the Fitbit app for Windows 10 a few months ago. You need a compatible Android or Apple smartphone or tablet.
Also, I'm not sure why you were using a dongle. The Blaze didn't come with a dongle. But there's no need to answer that question.

The fitbit app eventually was made to work with your computer's Bluetooth.
About 5 years ago Fitbit stopped updating and as @LZeeW says, we where told ability to sync has been disabled and is no longer possible through a pc
